The lineup changes a little with the seasons. Single origins rotate as harvests arrive; the blends stay year-round. Everything roasted to order — usually shipped or picked up within forty-eight hours.

A small lot from a producer cooperative outside Pitalito. Pink Bourbon is a rare cultivar — sweet, juicy, vivid. We get one container a year and when it's gone it's gone.

Developed specifically for our lever machine and the espresso machines of the cafés we wholesale to. Dense crema, syrupy body, plays beautifully with milk. Rest it five days off-roast.

Classic Antigua: balanced, structured, sweet. Volcanic soil, high altitude, and ninety years of family knowledge on the farm. Beautiful as filter, excellent in a moka pot.

We tasted twelve decafs before we landed on this one. The sugar-cane process keeps the cup sweet and round — most guests can't tell it's decaf.
