Washed and bright. We roast it light to let the florals come forward in pour-over.

Espresso blend · Colombia + Guatemala
Dark cocoa, molasses, walnut
Built for the lever machine. Dense crema, syrupy body, plays well with milk.

Our story
In 2019 Patricia Schmidt left a long career training baristas in Manhattan and brought home a small refurbished drum roaster. The first bags went to neighbors on Regent Place. Six years later we still roast the same way — by ear, by smell, by what the bean is telling you.

Parking is easy on the street. The espresso bar opens at 6:30 weekdays and 7:30 on weekends. Pour-over service ends at 4:00.
