When orders ship

We roast every Tuesday and Friday morning. Orders placed by 6:00 PM Central on Monday ship Wednesday. Orders placed by 6:00 PM Central on Thursday ship Saturday morning. Anything later joins the next roast day.

How it gets there

All retail orders ship USPS Priority Mail from the post office two blocks from the shop. Most addresses in the lower forty-eight see the box in two to three business days. Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses run a little longer; we cover the difference in shipping.

Standing subscriptions

We run subscriptions over the phone. Pick a weight, a cadence (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), and whether you want the same coffee every time or roaster's choice. We bill on the day we ship and email you the tracking link the same afternoon. Cancel by phone or email any time — there's no account to log into.

Wholesale

Cafés, restaurants and small grocers in north Louisiana, east Texas and south Arkansas can order at wholesale pricing on five-pound and twenty-five pound bags. Minimum first order is ten pounds. Get in touch and we'll send a one-page sheet with terms, lead times and the current menu.

If something's wrong

Coffee is a product you taste, so the usual return rules don't quite fit. What we'll do instead:

We don't accept returns of opened coffee for hygiene reasons, and we don't issue cash refunds on subscription bags after they've shipped — we'd rather put another bag in your hands.
