1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of davidmckibben.com (the "site") and any orders placed with Ford & Oak Coffee Roasters, a sole proprietorship operated by Derrick Demond Ford at 507 N 6th Street, Homer, Louisiana 71040, United States. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages. If we cancel a paid order we refund the full amount within five business days.

3. Shipping & returns

Shipping windows, costs and the way we handle damaged or wrong orders are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it at industrial scale, attempt to compromise it, or impersonate someone else. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

5. Intellectual property

The Ford & Oak name, logo, photographs, copy and overall design are the property of Ford & Oak Coffee Roasters and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You're welcome to share links to any public page.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep prices, dates and descriptions accurate but small errors slip through. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under U.S. consumer law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "effective" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
