Wholesale
Coffee for the places people work, eat, and sit a while.
We supply about twenty cafés, restaurants, and offices across Long Island and the boroughs. Fresh delivery twice a week, training included, and a real person on the other end of the phone.
We started doing wholesale by accident, in 2020, when a friend opened a small bakery in Wantagh and asked if we could roast for him. Six years later wholesale is roughly half of what we do — and it's still a friend on the other end most of the time.
Our wholesale program is small on purpose. We cap it at about twenty-five accounts so we can actually visit each shop, taste what's being served, and adjust roast profiles when seasons change. That isn't marketing — it's the only way it works.

Wholesale questions
- What's your minimum order?
- Ten pounds per delivery, mix-and-match across any of our coffees. Most café accounts land between 30 and 80 pounds a week.
- Do you train staff?
- Yes. Every new wholesale account gets one free four-hour barista training at our shop, plus one on-site visit when you launch. After that, training is $150 per session.
- What's your wholesale pricing?
- Pricing depends on volume and the coffee. As a rough guide: $12–$15 per pound for our blends at café volume. We'll send a current sheet when you reach out.
- Delivery area?
- Our own truck covers Nassau and western Suffolk, twice a week. Brooklyn and Queens accounts ship UPS Ground.
