These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the https://davidmckibben.com website (the "Site") and the products and services offered by Bellmore Roasting Co. ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or ordering from us, you agree to these Terms.

Orders, payment, and shipping

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax. Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we cannot ship to the requested address. Subscription orders renew automatically on the cadence you choose, and may be paused or cancelled by replying to any subscription email or contacting us directly.

Returns

Because our coffee is perishable and roasted to order, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or you're unhappy with what's in the bag, please contact us within ten days and we'll make it right — a replacement, store credit, or refund, your choice.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photography, the Bellmore Roasting Co. wordmark, and the underlying design — is the property of Bellmore Roasting Co. and may not be reproduced without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or otherwise interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding three months.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
