We visit the house, measure rooms, take photographs, and listen carefully. Within a week, you receive a written proposal with scope, timeline, and a transparent fee structure.
Mood boards, floor plans, finish samples, and the first round of furniture selections. We meet in the studio (or by video) to walk through everything together.
We finalize every selection, place trade orders, and build a master schedule that aligns with your builder. You receive weekly updates and a single point of contact.
Furniture arrives, art is hung, beds are dressed. You walk back into a finished home. We handle every box, every cord, every last styled bookshelf.
Houses settle. Light changes. We come back to tweak, edit, and answer questions — and we stay in touch long after the project is done.
4 – 8 weeks from concept to install. Best for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining spaces where the architecture is staying put.
9 – 14 months from concept to final install, depending on the scope of construction. We coordinate closely with your builder from week one.
